How to Use
· Mix the required quantity of Dosa / Adai Mix with water to form a smooth, pourable batter. Optionally, allow the batter to rest for 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
· For traditional adai, you can add chopped onions, grated coconut, coriander leaves, or grated carrots to the batter.
· Heat a non-stick tava or skillet and pour a ladleful of batter, spreading it evenly. Drizzle a little oil around the edges and cook on medium heat until golden and crisp on both sides.
· Serve piping hot with chutney, sambar, or Spinax Idili Podi for a delicious, protein-rich meal.
